Upgrader Specifications

There are now over 1000 people downloading Freeway each week. With 1.4 this will probably jump to between 2,000 and 3,000.

Modify the Freeway the installation process to include an upgrade process from 1.3.2.154 to the next major version and all major releases from now on.

1.) Please follow the instructions in the attached upgrade_installation.gif file.

2.) Include upgrade scripts to upgrade starting from 1.3.1.147, 1.3.2.154 and each time a new major version is released, add an upgrade script from the last sourceforge released version.

3.) With the configure.php files, we should build a process to extract the current values and add them to the new file if any changes are required.
