Adding and Editing Extensions
The community of Freeway users appreciates your effort in creating an extension. To add to the Extension Manager do the following:
Create a Freeway site user at openfreeway.org
These steps require you to be logged in:
- Create yourself as a consultant on the showcase page
- Add any Freeway site references you have. This is an optional step.
- Add your extension details to the add extension page
- Note well: Documentation must be in an Open Office format.
- Add your extension files.

Publish conditions
To make Freeway more secure, a member of the ZacWare Team will review Stable extensions as soon as possible. The team is advised when an extension is moved into a Stable status. Don't move your extension to Stable without seeking peer review. Insecure extensions will be labelled not secure after review.
