Advanced Features

Here are some just a few examples to of just some of the interesting things you can do in Freeway.

Products

• Keep realtime inventory control over your products. From now on, you will know exactly how many red crew necked, mens cotton T-shirts you have in stock rather than guessing!
• Use the Pick and Pack process. Delegate responsibility to fulfill your orders. Items can selectively be placed on backorder with the customer automatically advised.
• With the Point Of Sale (POS) make fast sales in the admin tool, you only need the one database to sell anything from Dance classes to Tennis Court bookings.

Services

• Extend services with resources so you can sell bookings to multiple tennis courts or hire out cars etc.
• Block out time when services are not available including optionally setting a changeover time between each booking.
• Add price loadings for priority times to maximise income.

Events

• If needed, you will be able to force customers to book the venue (a service) before setting up your event in the venue.
• Sell season subscriptions which are linked to seats in event sessions. If you want to sell a season ticket entitling the patron to attend five event sessions, Freeway is just the ticket!

Subscriptions

• It is possible to link a product to a subscription so you can keep inventory control over your subscription assests.
• You can set up subscriptions so your customers can choose when they start to use it.
