Managing Services

The “Services” section is used to manage all options related to services and service categories. The following tasks can be performed within this section:
- Creating new services/categories (with name, description and image if available); the other details include location, fees for the service as well as booking details
- Blocked Out Time - this option is used for defining time intervals when the service is not available; these blocks of time can either be hours or days or even months during the year
- Loadings - this option is used for defining different prices for various time intervals; this will allow you to charge more during a certain time of day or less during some other times according to your business model
In order to start managing services, choose option "Services" from the main menu.
The following options are available in the Services section:
- Services - the option for managing the services
- Resources - the option for Managing resources
- Locations - the option for Managing locations
- Attributes - the option for Managing attributes
- Bookings - the option for Managing bookings
- Advanced - the option for Managing advanced options
The following other options are also available:
- New Category - the option for Creating a service category
- New Service - the option for Creating a service
- Edit - the option for Editing a service category
- Delete - the option for Deleting a service category
- Move - the option is for Creating a subcategory
