Managing Marketing

The “Marketing” section can be used to manage the following information:
- Details about all the email messages are maintained and that includes information about the marketing emails.
- The other information maintained include
- Survey information - the details maintained in this section include about the events and the different services; also information about the customer referrals, customer occupation and customer interest are also maintained
- eMarketing - all details with respect to the events, the services, the products and their subscription information are maintained
- SMS Marketing - all details with respect to the events, the services, the products, subscription and their sms gateways with marketing details information is maintained.
- Affiliates Information - the “Affiliates” section is used for managing all aspects of the affiliates program within the application such as creating new affiliates, viewing clicks, managing affiliate payments, etc.
- Newsletters
- Logs
In order to start managing the options related to marketing, choose option "Marketing" from the main menu.
The page displayed after you choose "Marketing" contains several menus with plenty of options for managing the marketing aspect of your store i.e. online business.

- General - the option for Managing General Marketing Settings
- Surveys - the option for Managing the Surveys
- eMarketing - the option for Managing the eMarketing
- SMS Marketing - the option for Managing the SMS Marketing
- Affiliates - the option for Managing the Affiliates
