One of the distinguishing features of Freeway is the ability to sell services. Most advanced economies in the world sell a vast majority of 'services' than 'products'.
The globalization of economies and the exponential increase in the number of players in each industry demands that you provide your customers, an edge over your competitors. Particularly, if yours is a service-based indutry, one of the key factors is to provide them access your services and related information whenever they want.
Freeway allows you to sell your services online. Examples include services such as plumbing, painting, car repair, and so on.

[edit] Selling Services Using Freeway
You can use freeway to sell services such as plumbing, painting, car repair, and so on. To put a service for sale involves defining the resources, service locations, equipment required, and service attributes, and defining the service by specifying required information.

Before defining a service, you must define the resources required to provide that service. For example, to provide tennis coaching as a service, the tennis court is one of the required resources.
[edit] Service Locations
Because you are listing the service on your website for sale, people from all over the world would get to view your listing. So, for each service that you put up for sale, you must specify the service location, that is, the city and the locality where you propose to offer that service.

Different services have different sets of attributes. Some examples include the following:
- The attributes of a music concert include the singer, music troop, auditorium, and so on.
- The attributes of a dance class include the type of dance, difficulty level, prerequisites, and so on.
Freeway allows you to sell different services with different sets of attributes.

After you have defined the resources, locations, and attributes, you are ready to sell your service online. Follow the procedure below to put your service for sale:
- Click Services in the side navigation bar. The Services screen appears.
- Click Manage Services. The Services screen appears with the categorized list of services that are already listed for sale.
- Create a product category by clicking New Category under Service Management, specifying the category name and other required information, and clicking . The category is created and listed in the screen.
- Click New Service under Service Management. The service creation screen appears where you can specify the required information and create the service.
Your service is now listed for sale.
