I have the Paypal and Cash modules installed. Only Paypal is showing up in the checkout process. Why would that be?

Also, how do I create coupons? I've gone to the Payment>Advanced>Order Totals and the Discount Coupon module is installed. But, I can't figure out how to create a new discount code and I can't figure out how to allow people to put in discount code through the checkout process.

Hi,

Sorry, we don’t display the ‘Cash’ payment module at front-end. We are using it only at admin side.

We can add coupons through ‘Admin > Sales > Vouchers/Coupons’. If we add a coupon here, we can see it while creating orders both at admin and front-end under the heading ‘Gift Vouchers’.

When I click on Sales it takes me to a page to Create an Order (Customers>Checkout Attendees). I see nothing about Vouchers/Coupons...

The Vouchers/Coupons link is at the top right corner in the header and at under the search text box.

Even though you can’t see it, please place a screenshot of that page (Admin > Sales) here. Also mention the version of Freeway you are using. It will help us to find out it easily.

I'm using 1.5 beta. When I follow your instructions it takes me to the Customers page every time...

It seems that the ‘Vouchers/Coupons’ menu’s sql hasn’t executed. Please make sure that the ‘menu_text’ (Vouchers/Coupons) with the menu_id 87 is exists in your freeway database table ‘admin_menus_description’ and its filename details at the table ‘admin_menus’.

I have exactly the same problem on a fresh install of the newest version of Open Freeway.

I've checked the database tables and the menu items and descriptions appear to be in there correctly.

Have you made any progress with this?

Interestingly, the url of the Sales menu option on the left is:

http://192.168.0.4/openfreeway/admin/create_order_new.php?from=col&top=1&mPath=8_232

which takes you to the customers page.

If you delete the _232 off the end of the url, it takes you to the correct sales page.
