Hi Damian,
i keep thinking of how services and events are being managed.

At this point in time, resources, rooms, equipment are all "tagged" onto an event or a service. As we have corresponded on before, this makes it difficult to code a means of avoiding conflicts and double bookings.

Have you considered moving to a backend based on something like the sourceforge PHP Webcalendar project.

If all rooms, resources, instructors, locations and equipment had their own seperate calendars, then lots more could be done to prevent double bookings and also take a view of how heavily booked individual resources were etc.

Perhaps you already have something like this underway behind the scenes?
