I have setup my tax rates, classes, and zones according to where I live in Canada. When I perform a checkout, my tax rate should be 12%, however, the cart totals out to be 12.35% for some reason. Any idea on where it would be getting the extra 0.35% and how to fix this? I have my USD and CAD currencies both set to 1.0000 and tax rates set to 12.0% even.
