Hi Damian,

let me just start by telling you how much I appreciate Freeway. I have worked with VirtueMart, osCommerce and a bunch of other eCommerce tools. Only Freeway allows me to sell events, services, products etc without hassle. Just for that I love it, let alone the great integration with various CMS. The one main feature that I am missing is the Mall feature that William requested. Since you asked for a more detailed suggestion, here just the things from the top of my head:

A store ID is added to the DB table. The first store after installation has the store ID "0" or "1" and any Admin or SuperAdmin user who is associated with the first store ID has access to all the stores and backends. Only that SuperAdmin can create new stores and any other Admin with a different store ID can only see information for his particular store. To ensure consistency, some settings of the Mall can be set only by the SuperAdmin1, like for example the product categories. One challenge will be probably to calculate shipping for orders, if they come from different locations. And it would be necessary to have an option in the Mall set up for Joint Shipment or Individual Store Shipments. Another necessary feature would be to allow different templates for each store and different logos.

These are just a few of my personal requirements. If you are seriously considering implementing this feature, I would take the time to write a complete outline and gather all the ideas and feature requests in one document.

I have a suggestion members create their stores in front end. They manage their stores in front end too.

This is not really on our roadmap now. We are moving down the path of services eCommerce more strongly. If someone could arrange a commercial sponsor we would be happy to pursue it.

Is this multistore working already? where can i check its confusing..., i also think that the mutli store needs to be managed from front end for the "end users", thats the whole idea of the multivendor, only super admins in the back end could get statistics on these "front end" stores, and other cool stuff like limit the number of products/services that they can offer through a "store profile manager", for example:

The main website (ours,yours,etc) offer a package to create a mini store in (our,yours,etc) website, so there are a few packages like little: publish up to 50 services, 50 products, normal, publis up to 200 services, products, and so on...

Also an option to set a fixed or % over the price in order to get a % or a fixed income per service or product sold... some ideas...

A small profile tab where store manager (in frnot end), could upload its logo, and some info about the store itself... a quick catalog... dunno...
